After the Essie Spring 2022 collections, Essie apparently also decided that it was time for their new Valentine 2022 collection.
So the story goes like this: I was googling for Essie’s Swoon in the lagoon collection, when I found a link to Amazon. At first I didn’t really pay attention, but after a couple of minutes I realized that there was a new collection listed there: The Valentine’s 2022 collection! Of course, I will share everything that I found!

So it’s again a 6-piece collection, consisting of the following shades:
- Lips are sealed (A blush pink creme with blue undertones)
- Pretty in ink (A soft pink with blue undertones and refined silver shimmer)
- Quill you be mine (A white with grey undertones and refined silver shimmer)
- Respond with a kiss (a neutral creme with pink undertones)
- Under locket and key (a tarnished shimmering silver with silver and gold pearls)
- Love-note worthy (deep, crimson red with blue undertones)

Of course, I was super excited when I first saw these shades. The artwork on the bottles is very cute. At the moment I am mostly fascinated by the color ‘Under locket and key’. It seems like such an unusual color for a Valentine’s day collection so I am extremely curious. To be honest, all other shades are also very interesting!
